What is Mandatory Updation of Certain Attributes of KYC/UCC details?

Please note that as per the guidelines issued by the Exchanges/Depositories/SEBI whereby, the Exchanges/ Depositories in consultation with SEBI, have made the certain attributes of the Client KYC mandatory in their Trading and Demat Account including:
1). Name
2). Complete Address including PIN (PIN code No. in case of address of India)
3). PAN
4). Valid Mobile Number  
5). Valid E-mail-Id  
6). Income Details 
have been made mandatory in KYC / Unique Client Codes (UCC) details to be updated.
