If you have transferred the Funds from an Un-Linked Bank Account in your Name, you can add Bank Account as a Secondary Bank, after which the funds will be credited to your Trading Account.
Alternatively, you can also provide us with the Bank Statement with the transaction details on helpdesk@mastertrust.co.in containing the below-mentioned details:
• Account Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Bank Branch
• Debit Entry In favor of mastertrust
Post verification, the Money will be refunded within 2 to 3 working days in the source Bank Account.
