What is the process for transfer of Shares from my mastertrust account to other Demat account?

To transfer your shares from one Demat account to another account you need to fill Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) which you must have received at the time of account opening. Kindly mention the target Demat Account details in “Off Market” section along with Reason Code and other details.

Before issuing a Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) for off-market transfer, kindly initiate the request for addition/ registration of target beneficiary demat accounts(s) by submitting a physical copy of the attached annexure & duly filled and signed form.

After the instruction process is completed, the depository (NSDL/CDSL) sends a VITL link to the client. When the client clicks on this link, they must enter their PAN number or Demat ID. Once the details are entered, the client will be able to view complete information, including the transferee’s name, the security name, and the quantity. The client then needs to select all and submit.

Upon submission, an OTP will be sent to the client’s registered mobile number. After entering the OTP, the request will be fully processed.
