How can I re-activate my Dormant account (1 Year)?

Activation through Single Point:

 

Individual account holders may simply login to https://sp.mastertrust.co.in/login to activate their account. Apart from activation of account, below is the list of services offered in Single Point. ·

  1. Email and Mobile Change
  2. Update Nominee
  3. Segment Activation
  4. Segment De-activation
  5. Income Update
  6. Apply for MTF
  7. Activate DDPI
  8. View Signature

 

Activation through Re-KYC Process:

 

You can Activate your Inactive Trading & Demat Account and Update your Trading & Demat account details. i.e. Mobile Number, Email ID, Address, Income details, Bank Details, Nominee etc. Online through the below link. In case you get any error while opening the link, kindly copy the Re-KYC link and open it in a new Tab/Browser.

 



Important Points for Re-KYC:

Ø It is compulsory to go through all the steps. In case no changes are to be made in any of the detail, kindly click “Next” and proceed further.

Ø Your request for modification will be e-signed through Aadhar based OTP thus you should have access to a mobile number or e-mail registered with Aadhar database readily available.

Ø This facility is for “Individual” Clients only.


For Joint Account Holder (Joint Account)

Such clients are required to fill the “Account Re-activation Form” along with "Common Updation Form" and KRA Part-II Individual.


For Non-Individual Account Holder (Other than Joint Account)

Such clients are required to fill out the “Account Re-activation Form” along with "Common Updation Form" and KRA Part-I Non-Individual.
