How can i Withdraw Funds from my Account?

Online Process

You may use the following methods to place a fund withdrawal request through online mode: -

Website

Kindly login to https://trade.mastertrust.co.in using your User Id and Password.

Post login, go to "Funds" option, and select the "Payout" option.

Select the Bank Details in which you wish to receive the funds (in case of multiple bank accounts)

You will be able to view the maximum withdrawal balance on screen. Accordingly, you may enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Submit button.

Disclaimer

Fund withdrawal requests received till 5:00 PM are processed on the same day on best efforts basis wherein the amount is transferred to the registered bank account of the customer by late evening. 

The requests placed post 5:00 PM are processed on next day and the ones received on Settlement Holidays are processed on the next business day.                     


Note: Fund withdrawal is subject to clearance as per a Company’s RMS Policy.


Mobile App (Agnik)

Customers may download our mobile application i.e. Agnik from play store. This app can be used on Android as well as IOS platforms. You may login with your User ID & enter OTP/ MPIN. 

Post login, click on “Profile” option on the right-side bottom of the page and select “Withdraw” option to withdraw funds from your Trading account.

Fund withdrawal requests received till 5:00 PM are processed on the same day on best efforts basis wherein the amount is transferred to the registered bank account of the customer by late evening.

 

The requests placed post 5:00 PM are processed on next day and the ones received on Settlement Holidays are processed on the next business day.

WhatsApp

For the convenience of the customers, we have provided Funds Withdrawal Option on WhatsApp. Customer has to send “Hi” to mastertrust WhatsApp Number i.e. +918860330033 from registered mobile number to place the request. Steps to place a request are: -

- Send “Hi” to mastertrust WhatsApp Number i.e. +918860330033.

 - Then go to Menu and select “Existing Customer” Option. 




- Under “Existing Customer” Option, enter the Client Code & Date of Birth for Authentication.

Post successful authentication, a Self-Care Menu would appear where in select “Fund Withdrawal” Option as depicted below.






- Then enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

-  Post entering the amount, an OTP will be sent to client’s registered Mobile Number. Enter the OTP and press Submit tab; the request will be captured at our end for further processing.




Offline Process

You may use the following methods to place a fund withdrawal request through offline mode: -

Customer may call on our Helpdesk number i.e. 08069991111 from their registered mobile number or can send an email on [email protected] from their registered email ID to raise a fund withdrawal request.

Below mentioned details should be provided while placing a fund withdrawal request received via email.

  1. Trading Code
  2. Amount that is to be withdrawn
  3. Bank Account Details in which the client wants to receive the funds (applicable in case of multiple account
