Online Process
1) Website
Kindly login to https://trade.mastertrust.co.in using your User Id and Password.
Post login, go to "Funds" option, and select the "Payout" option.
Select the Bank Details in which you wish to receive the funds (in case of multiple bank accounts)
You
will be able to view the Maximum withdrawal balance on screen. Accordingly you
may enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Submit button.
2) Mobile App (Agnik)

Customers may download our mobile application i.e. Agnik from play store. This app can be used on Android as well as IOS.
You may login with your user ID, OTP and MPIN.
Post login, click on
“Profile” option on the right side
bottom of the page and select “Withdraw”
option to withdraw funds from your Trading account.
Offline Process
Customer may call on our Helpdesk number i.e. 08069991111 from their registered mobile number or can send an email on [email protected] from their registered email ID to raise a fund withdrawal request.
Below mentioned details should be provided from client’s end in case of fund withdrawal request raised via Email.
· Trading Code
· Amount that is to be withdrawn
· Bank Account Details in which they want to receive the funds (In case of multiple account)
Disclaimer: Request received till 04:30 PM for clear
funds will be transferred latest by T+1 working days where “T” is withdrawal
date. If request is received after the mentioned cut-off then it will be
processed on T+1 day and funds will be transferred latest by T+2 working days.
